The membership of the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care includes combat medics, corpsmen, and pararescuemen as well as physicians and physician assistants. A necessity, but needs updating.

Needs to be updated with some focus. This manual has a lot of outdated information, and it should not. Several of the devices discussed are many years out of date, and that should not happen in a manual of this notoriety and cost.
